Pick your fish.....

This resterant in Tianjin also had tanks of fish and seafood that you could pick for your meal. Notice the sting rays in the last photo. You could pick any fish or crab or whatever and it was brought to your table. The live fish are always presented to your table for inspection before they are cooked. At one place, they brought a huge lobster out and the someone at our table broke the antenna off of it and matched the break up when the cooked lobster came out so we were sure we got what we picked.

Another place in Tianjin had the lobster come to the table sliced raw to eat. The antenna and legs were still moving around on the plate when it was going around on the lazy susan.
